These are some new colorways that I worked on this week for a special project. I can’t give you details yet . . . but lets just say you should be on the lookout for these colors to pop up where you least expect them ;)

And FINALLY some knitting I can show you!

This little snippet is the sock I’m working on for a new shop pattern. Since its not headed for publication other than through me, I can actually show it to you. The yarn is Classic Sock in the Indigo Twist Colorway, in case your curious. I realize you don’t get a lot of detail in this shot, but I wouldn’t want to take all the fun out of it, right? I’m currently working on this one on ML so I can be sure to work out the heel in that fashion . . . I’ve got about 2 inches to go before we do the heel and I still need to pick one . . . thought I’d try one I don’t normally do just to make things interesting. Once I get the sock done and the pattern written up it will be available at Inspirations Yarn.

Weekend plans

We’re headed up to the New Hampshire Sheep and Wool Festival this Sunday; the little guy is going to get his first chance to pet some sheep. That is if he isn’t terrified of the “big strange doggies” ;) I’m going to try hard to be good and not come home with too much more stuff, cause let’s face it, I’ve got enough to keep me busy these days.
