Getting back on track
Finally, I’m starting to get things back on track! We have the website mostly back up, there are (of course) still things that could use work and we have some changes left to make for fiber and patterns areas, but their is yarn available now and we have a new Mystery Kit and a new Sock kit (Thank you Sheila and M!).
I’ve got some dyeing to do this week, I’m planning for Tuesday and perhaps Thursday, I need at least one day in between as dye days are long ones. That should be the final bit to be caught up and give me a day to experiement with some new colorways. A dye play day, should be just the thing to get me back into it full swing!
Other than a couple more loads of laundry to fold, I’m basically caught up on the housework, thanks in part to my Mom, Aunt & two cousins who showed up today to turn the house upside down. It was even warm enough to open the windows for a while and give the place a good airing out. That is one of the things I miss most over the winter, open windows and moving fresh air! I can hardly wait for spring!
Now if I can just get the rest of the data entry done so we can finish the taxes, I’ll be more or less caught up all around and might even be able to really take a day off sometime soon! Wouldn’t that be a concept
The baby is doing well, very active most days (a bit quiet today but I was moving around a lot so I think that kept the kicking to a min.) and the kid is definately getting stronger. I think I may well be black and blue from the inside out by July!
Also wanted to mention that I have signed up for the KRSP #3, got my pal assignment, have made initial contact and plan to put together a package soon. I’ve got a few ideas so far about what to send and think this round could be lots of fun! I haven’t heard from my pal yet, but expect that will probably happen soon! Pal, if your are out there, I’d love to hear from you
Well, off to finish that paperwork, wish me luck!
