Happy Monday!

Interesting weather we are having here in New England! Can you say yuck! And it isn’t even (technically) winter yet! I have a feeling we are really in for it this year! I’m thinking 3 1/2 months of this, good thing I like wool!

Anyhow. I did manage to get some knitting done this weekend, despite 2 migraines and slicing my thumb open on Sunday! I got one of my step-dad’s mittens finished and will start the other tonight. I also did 3 pairs of childens’s mittens on a string for the Giving tree at work. I really like doing these, they are just so darn cute. Times like these I wish I had my camera so I could have taken a picture! Well, for those that are feeling adventurous, I’ll add the pattern here. A little more work was done on the barn yesterday, there is now a floor where the 2nd floor will go, though it has no walls yet! One step at a time . . . perhaps it will be done by spring ;)
